Personalized Yoga Plans

Personalized Yoga/Stretch Plan (PYP)

A PYP is a plan that is designed to meet the needs of each individual specifically, rather than a generalized yoga class. The PYP targets areas of concern, the amount of time you want to spend on stretches, the type of stretches/exercises you want included and also takes into account any limitations you may have. These plans are designed to allow those of you who are to busy to go to a class, aren't sure where to start with classes, are overwhelmed with the amount of information online, etc. You go at your own pace, when it's convenient for you, in the privacy of your own space. 

The following is a list of questions designed to help structure your PYP.  Once I receive that, and we have discussed your needs and goals,  I can get started on your plan.

1. What are your target areas?

2. How many times per day or week are you planning on using the stretches?

3. How many minutes per session are you wanting to spend on the stretches?

4. Do you want balance, and/or core exercises included?

5. What if any limitations do you have?
Ex: bad knees. Torn ligaments. Disc issues. Joint problems. Etc.

6. Do you participate in any sports on a regular basis?

For current clients, we can go over any questions you may have prior to or after your upcoming bodywork session. 

The cost is $50 for 1 plan that will ideally last a month. And $20 for each additional plan for that same month, designed at that same time. At any time if something isn't working we can always change it up. After that month, we can revisit where you are and each plan is designed to build off the previous plan. Plans meet you where you are and build monthly from there at your own pace.

(A $50 plan is defined as 1 group of stretches that meet 1 personalized session, additional plans, defined as, another group of stretches: example: an evening session/2nd group of stretches, designed at the same time as the 1st group of stretches, is $20. EXAMPLE: Jon wants 2 different sessions, 1 for the morning and 1 for the evening, both for 20 minutes each. The morning session is $50. The additional evening plan is $20.)
