Personalized Stretch and Strength Plans

Personalized Yoga/Stretch Plan (PYP)

A PYP is a plan that is designed to meet the needs of each individual specifically, rather than a generalized yoga class. The PYP targets areas of concern, the amount of time you want to spend on stretches, the type of stretches/exercises you want included and also takes into account any limitations you may have.

The cost is $25 for 1 plan that will ideally last a month. And $15 for each additional plan for that same month, designed at that same time. At any time if something isn't working we can always change it up. After that month, we can revisit where you are and each plan is designed to build off the previous plan. Plans meet you where you are and build monthly from there at your own pace.

(A $25 plan is defined as 1 group of stretches that meet 1 personalized session.

EXAMPLE 1: Jon wants 2 different sessions, 1 for the morning and 1 for the evening, both for 20 minutes each. The morning session is $25. The additional evening plan is $15.

EXAMPLE 2: Sam wants 3 different sessions. 1 for the morning, 1 for the evening, and 1 focused on strength building. The morning session is $25. The evening session is $15. The strength session is $15. For a total of $55)

 

Sessions are payable by cash only.

 

The following is a small list of questions designed to help structure your PYP. Feel free to copy and paste and return that to me in an email. Or you can send it through Facebook Messenger. Whatever is easiest for you. Once I receive that, I will get started on a plan. I can email the plan to you or if preferred we will figure out a time to meet to go over the plan and any questions you may have.

2. How many times per day or week are you planning on using the stretches?

3. How many minutes per session are you wanting to spend on the stretches?

4. Do you want balance, and/or core exercises included?

5. What if any limitations do you have?
Ex: bad knees. Torn ligaments. Disc issues. Joint problems. Etc.
