As an athletic person herself, her main modality is Sports/Athletic Massage. She feels incorporating stretch and massage into a daily/monthly body regime are wonderful ways to maintain health, performance and overall well-being. Runners, weight-lifters, and cyclists are just a few of the athletes she helps on a regular basis. She plans to deepen her education in the area of athletic performance by including Kinesiology Taping and other continuing education courses. Deep assisted stretching is also part her Sports Massage Modality.
Deep tissue massage, Myofascial release and Trigger Point Therapy are also modalities Beth includes to help those coming in with daily “wear and tear” concerns and injuries.
Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Maternity Massage are also modalities she offers for those wanting more of a relaxing massage, which Beth feels is also an important factor in maintaining overall well-being and health.
Beth is a huge lover of nature and when she isn’t working, you can usually find her with her husband and dog out in the woods, on a trail, on the water, traveling or in the kitchen cooking up a healthy meal.
