About Beth Foley-Spahr
Beth graduated from The American College Massage School in Elkhart, IN with 1000 hours of education as a Certified Massage Therapist, with an additional certification in Reflexology. She developed an interest in health and wellness in 1995, and began to focus on more natural ways to maintain health, relaxation and overall wellbeing. She feels that food, bodywork and staying active are the 3 secrets to health and longevity.
With the high-stress, fast paced world we live in today, taking the time to give ourselves the proper foods we need, and the preventative maintenance of Massage and Bodywork are simple things we can do to take care of ourselves and relax our systems.
She is a Certified Yoga Teacher and focuses her classes on releasing tension in the body with Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Massage and Yoga compliment each other in such a perfect way. She likes to offer stretches to clients after their session, that may be helpful at home.When Beth isn't Massaging or teaching Yoga, you can usually find her doing some sort of physical activity. She spends alot of time with her husband and 2 dogs, and traveling, as much as possible.
