As an athletic person herself, her main modality is Sports/Athletic Massage. Incorporating stretch and massage into a daily, weekly or monthly body maintenance program is a wonderful way to maintain health, performance and overall well-being. Runners, weight-lifters, and cyclists are just a few of the athletes she helps on a regular basis.
Deep tissue massage, Myofascial release and Trigger Point Therapy are also modalities included to help those coming in, athletes and non-athletes with daily “wear and tear” concerns and injuries.
Swedish Massage, and Hot Stone Massage are also offered for those wanting more of a relaxing massage, which is also an important factor in maintaining overall well-being and health.
